The plan states that that brownfield sites are to be used over greenfield and that sites have been assessed for suitability. The proposed site on wood hayes road - which is green belt and has a plan for over 300 homes - has been assessed previously and found to be subject to flooding which made it unsuitable for building. How has this changed?
