DUH045 Why wait until 2024 to build these 80 houses just get on with it now .
this site has been empty and a mess for circa 10 years what are you waiting for a miracle ?.
Also please make these houses are affordable to working class first time black country or reasonably local buyers and not for the likes of Londoners who are looking to move from their locality . maybe if you genuinely actually do this for once you may get more than 80 houses on that site.
