Brandhall Golf Course

I do not think that such a large development is justifiable because:
A) Noise and airborne pollution from the adjacent M5 motorway will impact on the wellbeing of residents.
B) The golf course provides an area of amenity space that is lacking in this area of the borough.
C) The area contains streams, pools etc that encourage wildlife.
D) there are numerous mature trees that are at risk.
E) It is not clear whether an ecological survey has yet been done.
F) I attach two pictures to show what resources are at risk.
