Traffic:- Sedgley is already a bottleneck
Pollution:- With traffic levels at present pollution is very bad
Building on this site means cutting down trees, disturbing wildlife etc.
Schools+ Doctors surgeries are already over-prescribed.
Why build on greenbelt before brownsites are fully used
Moden Hill and adjacent roads are not suitable for all the extra traffic,
