Representation Summary:

With reference to the proposed planning for developments at York Bridge Pelsall and Coronation Road/Mob Lane we strongly object.
Firstly, these proposed sites are on fields and we consider these as green belt - not Brown fill sites.
Secondly, this will considerably impact on people already living in the area. It will not only ruin the quality of life for residents living in these areas. It will increase pressure on schools, our shops and Doctors with over populating these areas. We need our open spaces to walk and enjoy the countryside - we do not want more houses to look at!!
It will increase traffic especially where we live - it is only a small road but it is used as a rat run with traffic speeding down our road very fast! We cannot get off our drive at times with the number of cars, vans and lorries speeding down our road. These developments will only impact on an already busy small road. We do not want any more houses - we want the fields and open land for people and wild life in the area.
We strongly object to these proposed developments!!
The Midlands is already over populated - it is becoming an undesirable place to live.
It is about time they built in less populated places so that other communities take their fair share of
developments.
