[non site specific kingswinford/wall heath]

Your policy claims to support the health and wellbeing of the population of Dudley through air quality and the wider environment, but in the same plan, aim to remove all of the environmental benefits from a small section of the community around wall heath and kingswinford. The removal of green belt land from this small section of the community is complete inequality. Saltwells, Cotwall End, Priory Park, Hayley Green, Stourbridge and Halesowen have quite correctly had their green spaces protected. Wall Heath has very few services and limited quality green space, (two very small play areas, in Albion Street Park, with no designated walking routes in the park, so the natural environment is all that we have for our mental, social and physical health, particularly for those who cannot afford gyms or leisure facilities (of which there are also no council facilities in the area). Being on the edge of the borough has always resulted in fewer facilities, but now your housing strategy aims to remove the only green belt space we have and completely decimate the natural environment.

Do not use a lazy method of using green belt instead of brownfield sites - which may have more challenges due to contamination, and make less profit for developers, the infrastructure is poor, the road systems will not support it, and you are contradicting your claim to be supporting clean air and the environment.
