Again, if Walsall is to build over 1200 new family homes, then the provision of utilities needs to be looked at, including the provision of adequate satellite/internet services as at the present time Pelsall and it's surrounding areas appear to experience an awful lot of 'out of service' time.

A further issue would be the provision of education/school numbers/available admission placed if the new homes are for families with school age children.

The road network in Pelsall/Shelfield area experiences severe traffic flow issues on a frequent basis now and consideration would be required regarding this
