Draft Black Country Plan

Representation ID: 11444

Received: 03/10/2021

Respondent: Mrs Dot Taylor

Representation Summary:

DUH217. Objection on the grounds that this is a wildlife haven for insects, birds, foxes. The field is currently used for horses (one is almost blind and cannot be removed without the other horse). It is not a barren field but its a wild flower meadow which is important for insects. Local children are taken them by their parents to see the horses and onto the fields beyond, not just for exercise but to educate them regarding the environment and wildlife. Its very important to protect this land.
