DUH217 - I am concerned to hear of a proposed development of the green belt for housing between Twickenham Court and Hyperion Road in Wollaston. This has minimal single track access in three directions, and surrounded by housing will make expansion impossible. The local primary school is already oversubscribed and the main medical practice can not cope with current patients.
Brown field sites e.g Lowndes Road, Wollaston should be developed first before developing green field . This site with the South Staffs proposed development of Prestwood Drive and Ridge Woods will significantly affect wildlife, their habitats and natural corridors.
