- Housing will increase traffic on the road adjacent to the local park. Dangerous for children, and elderly residents crossing this road. Increased congestion and air pollution.
- Lack of local amenities to support additional residents
- Loss of natural environment, and habitats. Vital green belt area with bird species such as [Redacted- Sensitive information].
- Key local green space, important for local residents health and well-being. Pathway through land provides access to walking routes and green space frequently used by local residents. Essential for physical and mental well-being.
