To introduce more housing to DUH217 with no plan for increasing already over stretched medical practices and schooling is a disgrace. From 90 homes this will equate to at least 180 additional vehicles with constrained access and egress from the proposed site. The infrastructure problems are unsolvable as existing road systems cannot be expanded e.g. Hyperion Road and The Kingsway. There will be loss of bridle ways and definitive paths designated by Law! Also loss of a valuable green space, trees and hedgerows possibly protected due to age and the number of species growing
