Future building needs to really take this into consideration, while I agree there is a need for new housing and the supporting infrastructure it is so important that it does not as stated cause a detrimental impact on the living conditions for future OR CURRENT occupiers of new residential properties, in terms of: vibration; dust and fumes; smell; noise;

The roads cannot cope with so many more households which will all have a minimum of 1 car.
