The “triangle” site (DUH211) is already a high traffic area at multiple times of the day from all roadways. Every road that borders the site is single lane and traffic backs up in its current capacity causing difficulties for the local residents. The same can be said for the Holbeache Lane site, where queues at busy periods can be 0.5 miles long in each direction. At least three days a week it can take 20 minutes to travel from Himley Hall to Lodge Lane. Adding this many houses to the area will send the roads into gridlock.
