Loss of green belt as this is a strategic tract of green belt preventing urban sprawl within our area. Loss of wildlife habitat and valuable trees and hedgerows. Increase in traffic on already congested roads. Gridlocks are already common during most of the day at various junctions in Kingswinford and Wall Heath which leads to an increase in pollution. Increased pressure on NHS services which are already stretched in our area.
