I can't understand why the proposal DUH060 has reared its ugly head again when it has already been successfully rejected by the tenants in the locality. What’s changed? Will the problems on parking, noise pollution, lengthy disruption, effect on the natural habitat, loss of a communal area largely used by an aging population, loss of natural light, business closures due to loss of trade through lack of parking been resolved, if this project goes ahead?
