I strongly object to this proposal as building 533 " high Value" homes on this site helps no one! It does nothing to help the need for more Social housing and destroys a piece of valuable farm land.

No proposals for more local amenities are included with most facilities running at maximum at present.

Two large developments on going at present and a further proposal for Holbeache Lane within the local area will cause numerous difficulties.

I accept the need for more housing but by destroying Green areas before utilizing Brown Field sites seems to be pandering to the profit motives of developers
