Infringement on my wellbeing as I use the path 4 to 5 times a day and have been doing so for 40 years. One of those times is first thing in the morning. To lose this area would be detrimental to my health. There is an abundance of wildlife including bats, foxes, numerous types of birds and . There is no mention in your plan and assessment about the detriment to nature and wildlife and there is a which is PROTECTED. Also the horses have been in the field for all of this time
