The local authority should be concentrating more effort into the use of brownfield sites before contemplating use of the boroughs ‘green spaces’
There are numerous errors within the plan specifically for the Severn Drive area; 1. The location is nowhere near a canal !
2. The site is used for multiple activities contrary to any site survey of ‘points’ gathering comparing one site to another. i.e how can a green field compare to the likes of a park with its addition of specific services such as toilets.
Pensnett is gridlocked with traffic…enough is enough.
