I would like to register my dismay at Walsall planning to remove one of the last proper areas of agricultural green belt land at Yelderfields. I don't believe enough emphasis has been placed on how town centres will collapse following the growth of on-line shopping and the effects of Covid. There will be lots more brownfield sites available during the next few years and unless we can use them effectively there will be a dead canker at the heart of every Black Country town. In the longer term this will cause the flight of the more affluent to the countryside leaving Walsall as just one large "sink estate". If you really care about the Black Country you must stop this development as soon as possible.
