Development of this area would be detrimental to the wellbeing of people and local nature which is in abundance.This area gives access to the canal/river and stunning countryside and is the boundary between South Staffs and Dudley councils. People have a right to access green open space.I use this area daily. We are encouraged to exercise more as it is beneficial to physical and mental health.If such land is given up where will it stop?The area is of historic interest and is part of Wollaston history and identity. This part of Wollaston is already saturated.Where next?Houseboats on the canal?
