Also other than the planned primary school on the northycote land (which floods most years!) what about the additional infrastructure such as GP practices and beds and services at the local hospital? How will the LA ensure sufficient infrastructure? There are plenty of deralict buildings that can be brought into use. Also council needs to manage its existing stock better!
