Use brown field sites for such sites as there is already water, electricity etc connected to the area. Need to consider additional school places and GP places as changing numbers arriving will impact on said services. Those that need storage space for large vehicles and equipment should be charged additional rent accordingly as other businesses would be expected too. Need to take into account rubbish removal from the sites and fluctuations in crime rates and anti social behavior- concierge /security in the area to be set up so police know who is moving in and out of the sites
