I strongly object to building housing on land adjacent to Devils Elbow, Northycote Farm. In addition to the adverse affect on wildlife which as described by the Farms Caretakers would be devastating, many people currently using this natural space to help with their mental health and well-being will be severely disadvantaged. This is the only green and peaceful and natural space in the area accessible to people and has proved a very real life line for many people including myself. Building on Devils Elbow/Monarch Way will remove a much needed therapeutic environment and at great cost to peoples health.
