I would strongly encourage this is reconsidered for Pelsall as Pelsall is known for its small village feel and it’s green belt. There is not enough schools, and this will make the traffic worse and it will lose its village feel. With the site by the cannel this will encourage potential gathering of kids with the new proposed houses at the top end of Pelsall, and this will discourage families wanting to use this.
