Our views on the above proposal on Severn Drive/ Comber Drive that we STRONGLY OBJECT to:

We need to save the little of what we have left of our green space for future generations & wildlife.
Trees that are mature and have nature’s habitat living in them are going to be destroyed by this
proposed development. Houses are being built on every available space with no consideration for
anyone’s mental well being or the destruction of its wildlife.

There will be an increase in traffic ( that is already a growing nightmare !!) , pollution, noise, plus the
extra demand on the NHS Services, Schools (that are already over subscribed) etc.. There have been
hundreds of houses built in and around Pensnett in the last few years but no other facilities have
been built to accommodate all these extra houses – We have even lost our Doctor’s Surgery.

There will be nowhere for the children to play or socialise. Dog walkers use this land too. Where is
everyone supposed to walk and socialise ?? The residents have nowhere else to go, all of our green
space is slowly being eroded by housing developments.

Come on DMB do not take this precious ‘green space’ away from us !!!
Do what is right for our community - PLEASE -
