Congestion to already busy and struggling local roads/villages, particularly crossroads at Racecourse Lane with limited capacity over railway bridge which would result in increased danger to pedestrians.

Irrevocably destroy the local character of the area
Immense negative impact on environment - pollution and drainage - Worcester Lane currently floods in heavy rain
Local services are already under pressure - doctors, dentists, schools etc
Loss of agricultural land which is much needed
Loss of habitat for wildlife
