Draft Black Country Plan

Representation ID: 10775

Received: 11/09/2021

Respondent: Miss Jane Taylor

Representation Summary:

DUH217: Objection on grounds of substantial increase in traffic and strain on basic services such as gas, water and sewage infrastructure which could struggle to meet the demand.
The amount of street parking has increased massively in recent years making driving around the area difficult especially near the school and shops. An additional 90 houses will make the situation worse, cause more congestion, higher levels of pollution and increase the risk of accidents.
In addition, the service provided by local doctors' surgeries is already poor and is likely to be made worse by an increase in population.
