Also the facilities that a new estate would need i.e. shops, doctors, schools. we are over subscribed on all these facilities already and this would only exasperate this.
Plus this would surround two of the most important historically important sites - Northicote Farm and Moseley Old Hall.

I do believe you will be crippling local services and amenities and denying future children thier natural right to nature and the countryside.

We have plenty of derelict brownfield sites in Wolverhampton that could be used without any inconvenience to anyone.

I personally don't believe the present infrastructure can stand any more traffic. This is a lovely tranquil area in danger of being ruined. I would say think again and look at brownfield sites.
