Representation Summary:

DUH 217.
If access is to be via Hyperion Road, then this will also be for all site traffic.
We already have to many cars, delivery vans etc at this moment.
Houses are multi occupied, parents elder children, many of whom have cars parked all over the pavements, making it difficult for cars to navigate. Heavy Articulated lorries would be a night mare.

Hyperion Road is already suffering from lack of repair; heavies would destroy it.
On top of existing traffic, you would then have another 90 minimum using this road - CRAZY.
Keith Simons.
