Sites DUH208 and DUH211 are utilising green belt. These are on the edge of the countryside, not within the current urbanisation thus extending the urban sprawl of the Black Country. Both are currently used for agriculture, with DUH208 being grade 2 quality. Roads, public transport, education and NHS Infrastructure does not support existing local population
