Proposed plans to build in close proximity to Northycote farm will damage its sensitive ecosystem for ever and totally destroy the green space that provides vital solace for the mental wellbeing of city residents in this part of the city. I feel the less wealthy north of the borough is being targeted to protect other wealthy areas yet it is the less wealthy areas that are in greater need of such free public green spaces for their mental and physical health. As these residents have less opportunity to travel outside the borough to other green spaces.
