Not enough services for 100's of additional people. Roads would be gridlocked, therefore more air pollution. Greenbelt land is essential to people's well being and wildlife alike. Dudley borough amenities being used by South Staffs council paying residents putting a strain on already stretched services. It should be affordable housing, not luxury housing in South Staffs.
