I cannot understand why greenbelt land is sought to be built on when brownfield sites are close by which may be used. There are many derelict buildings throughout the city also which may be redeveloped. I also don't believe the infrastructure plans are sufficient to deal with the proposed increase in population for the locality. This will detrimentally impact the quality of children's lives with less green space, bigger class sizes at local high schools ultimately lowering the quality of life for future generations and economic prospects for them.
