I would like to object to the above proposal based on the following;
1. Loss of green belt in the area.
2. Impact on the area from traffic, increased pollution, road safety, the A491 is a bottle neck, generally grid locked at peak times. I live in Windsor Grove and know first hand of the problems.
3. Continued pressure on local services, i.e. doctors, clinics, schools, hospitals and shops.
4. Impact on quality of life, noise levels, pollution, loss of leisure facilities loss of wild life.
