I would like to object to the above proposal based on the following;
1. Loss of green belt in the area.
2. Impact on the area from traffic, increased pollution, road safety, the A491 is a bottle neck, generally grid locked at peak times. I live in Windsor Grove and know first hand of the problems.
3. Continued pressure on local services, i.e. doctors, clinics, schools, hospitals and shops.
4. Impact on quality of life, noise levels, pollution, loss of leisure facilities loss of wild life.

Green belt land appears to be allocated high density housing; is there sufficient demand versus supply for housing in these areas where existing infrastructure will not cope with increased numbers of residents.

Site ref WAH237 site ref WAH253 land north of Stonnall Road, South of Stonnall Road. I object to building on green belt. Bats roosting on the land which are protected by law. Birds of prey hunting on the land. Voles/foxes/game birds using the land. People being able to see and use the green field sites. Brownfield sites first. Infrastructure/sewage issues. Essential that you look after the mental well being of a mainly elderly community that live on the neighbouring roads and consider the fact there are not enough doctors/dentists/schools in the vicinity to accommodate this. Changes the area completely

Think the use of Greenbelt sites is a major concern for the environment and the kind of future and legacy, this should be avoided at all costs. In addition the roads in and out of the area I live in are already heavily congested and a straightforward 2 to 3 mile journey can take over 30 minutes on most days

Why use Green belt when brown field sites are available . York Bridge and the surrounding area are a wonderful resource for the whole community, and offsetting land elsewhere does not help . Also road infrastructure is already hard pressed to cope , as are local services.
