I do not think that 14houses should be built on the old WEC site. The Smestow wildlife park is a relatively thin sliver of land. The need for people to be in green spaces is reflected by the huge volume of people found walking up and down that space. Thin strip of land that it is it is full of beautiful wild life….and we want to stick houses right in the middle of a bit that is marginal ally wider than the rest? It is a pretty poor show if we can’t even give this land to the wildlife there.
