You are cutting into Green Belt land; once it is gone, it can never be recovered. This whole area is used by locals for exercise, walking the dog, cycling and other open-air activities; other sections are used by local farmers. You just knocked a school down (WOH199) and now you suggest that you may need another one; that is a total failure of forward planning.
