Green belt prevents urban sprawl, & once it has gone it has gone. There are already more than enough brownfield sites in the Dudley area to satisfy all housing needs. Existing pressure on doctors,schools,transport,hospitals & roads is already unacceptable, & proposals would add a further 1300 people into the mix.
Local countryside has been enjoyed & used by families for many years. This is the first of many applications by a property developer which will totally change the ambience of the village.
