The strategy for Dudley does not allocate all the relevant strategic growth locations recommended in the 2018 GBHMA Strategic Growth Study which sought to indicate how the current shortfalls in housing and employment land from the GBHMA & relevant Economic Functional Areas could be met. As such, it is unsound.
