You keep saying you need Green belt, you do not. For instance get on the train from Wolves to Birmingham, the first few miles is a wasteland and a disgrace, I often say to people "what must visitors think when the see all the derelict buildings and scrub lands on the way into Wolverhampton". Build lovely apartments in those sorts of places. Everyone wins then. There are so many eye saws in Wolverhampton to develop, but no your determined to rip up beautiful fields.
