Yes, in line with national guidance, but Brexit for instance will reduce immigration, the population is out of proportion with there being a great deal more older people ( we keep being told this in reference to old age care ) compared to younger/middle aged generations. With time this imbalance will naturally change we are totally over estimating the housing needs of the near future, I know a great deal of people and am aware of no one waiting for their own house because of a shortage, price may be a factor, but not shortage, where are these 24,000 people?
