I have hesitated on this questions but
maintaining the parking charge related cap on expansion of Comparison Retail at the Merry Hill Centre opens up the potential for such expansion elsewhere in Brierley Hill Strategic Centre where there are parking charges.
In reality, it is unlikely that much retail expansion at Merry Hill would occur anyway in the foreseeable future.
