The principle of planning for health and wellbeing at this early stage is good, but the proposed revisions to ENV4 - proposing to drop references to specific waterway schemes, represents a weakening of the support for all those nominated schemes.
Under EMP6 - to revise the coverage of cultural and visitor economy facilities to reflect current priorities implies some existing facilities and opportunities may be omitted. The update should be aimed to add in any projected or emerging schemes - increasing the total provision.
