I have a lot of ideas for the future of the Black Country. For example;

The Black Country is known for being industrial, well, why don't we tap into by building recycling centres; especially when you consider the amount of waste generated by business such as Greggs, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, etc. Better still, simultaneously with the recycling centres you could employ people who need to do community service with whatever crimes they have committed. This would tackle the problem of prison/criminal reform while saving the environment.

As a person who lived in the U.S.A. for twenty-five years I see a better way of dealing with housing:
The authorities need to build more one bedroom or studio flats; this would help men and women trying to escape domestic violence and other types of abusive relationships. People should not be renting rooms or sleeping on couches or even worse homeless and in hostels. This not good for the person or society.

Sandwell Valley Tearoom Park: The good parent award. It would be a great idea to tackle the problem of childhood bad tooth decay by rewarding parents to take better care of their childrens teeth. Maybe the council could give both the child and parent a cash reward for having no cavities or tooth decay on their eighteenth birthday.This would save the NHS so much money and help young adults to value their teeth.

I also believe that taxes should be raised on cigarettes. Honestly, everywhere you go in Sandwell you see cigarette butts; disgusting.

P.S. If you take care of the pennies the pounds will take care of themselves!
