General:
I think the figure of 76,000 new homes is unrealistic and unlikely, but if it is to be achieved then there must be a focus on improving transport infrastructure dramatically and make public transport more accessible, desirable, reliable and reasonably priced.
There has been a noticeable reduction of bus services in the area, with routes being merged and increasing journey times.
The emphasis for redevelopment should focus on regeneration of brownfield sites and protection of our existing green fields.
