Regarding the inclusion of Brierley Hill, combined with the Merry Hill centre, being designated a strategic town centre, I would suggest that evidence should be provided to back this up, ie what percentage of visitors to the Merry Hill centre will, on a given trip, call in to the established Brierley Hill centre during the same visit? How many people who use the free parking at Merry Hill do so to shop in the established Brierley Hill town centre?
