Apart from my comments in the attached form, I would like to add that I think the whole consultation process has been conducted by stealth! There has been every effort made to try and avoid a full consultation with residents of the areas concerned by not publicizing what the plans are openly and clearly. When anyone did try to look at the documents they have been written in such a way as to make it difficult to actually identify the areas concerned and to put people off by making the documents as longwinded as possible.
