The company’s head office is situated on the Pensnett Industrial Estate which they have owned and managed for in excess of 35 years. Given the scale of the Pensnett Industrial Estate, LCP have found it important to be able to offer ancillary facilities to existing and potential tenants such as children’s facilities, vets, food and drink outlets etc within their industrial estates.
