The proposal to build 700+ homes on the Green belt of Coronation Road/Mob Lane is ill thought out. The area is prone to flooding, transport and access to the area are and would be poor, add to this the already high volume of traffic especially during school start and finish times! There is an essential ecological component to the area. It is still frequented by all aspects of wildlife, including deer & owls. The recreational walking of the fields and access to the adjacent common land in this area is good for the mental health of local residents
