I believe we should protect the Green Belt area as much as possible. If the criteria in the Plan is just to increase market "attractiveness" to new housing, therefore building near or inside a green area, then maybe some incentives could be assigned to also increase the market interest somewhere else.
Re-qualification of brownfield land must be a priority for the Local Council for a number of reasons.
